We’re a Springfield, MO–based creative team dedicated to helping local businesses grow online. What started as a one-woman passion project has grown into a full-service agency offering social media management, photography, website design, and branding for businesses across Springfield, MO and the surrounding areas.
Emma Hartmayer, Owner & Founder
What started as a passion for marketing turned into a full-time business and lifelong career. Emma began working in social media in 2019 and quickly discovered a talent for creating content that connects people with brands. By 2023, she launched Superior Digital Marketing, and today she proudly serves businesses across Springfield, MO and surrounding areas.
Emma graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Marketing and certificates in Sales and Digital Marketing, bringing both education and real-world experience to her work. Her mission is simple: to help local businesses grow through social media management, professional photography and videography, website design, and branding.
Passionate about creativity, community, and results, Emma has built Superior Digital Marketing into a creative force for Springfield, MO businesses that want more than cookie-cutter marketing, creating strategies, authentic storytelling, and measurable growth.
Leeann Finke, Photographer & Visual Storyteller
LeeAnn Finke is a talented Springfield-based photographer with over four years of experience capturing authentic, eye-catching imagery. A graduate of Ozarks Technical Community College with a degree in Graphic Design and a certificate in Photography, she combines technical skill with creative vision to produce visuals that stand out.
Specializing in portraits, brand photography, and lifestyle content, LeeAnn helps businesses and individuals tell their stories through powerful imagery. LeeAnn's work is designed to connect, inspire, and elevate.
Will Wehmer, Strategic Communicator & Brand Builder
Will Wehmer is a skilled marketing and communications professional with a sharp, strategic mind and a talent for bringing clarity to complex situations. His CliftonStrengths—developer, achiever, positivity, learner, and individualization—highlight his dynamic approach to problem-solving and relationship-building.
A graduate of the University of Missouri’s School of Journalism with both a Bachelor of Journalism and a Master of Arts in Advertising, Will honed his skills in storytelling, brand strategy, and audience engagement. While at Mizzou, he led a team of 11 in developing a multi-million-dollar advertising campaign for a national client, seamlessly integrating influencers, public relations, and both traditional and digital media.
Will excels at building relationships that bring people, ideas, and brands together.
Addie Shoemaker, Engagement Specialist
Addie is our Engagement Specialist here at Superior Digital Marketing. She’s currently a junior at Missouri State University, studying Marketing Research. With a passion for connecting brands to their audiences, Addie helps our clients build genuine relationships online through thoughtful engagement and consistent interaction.
